1. What is coverage area?
We currently cater within klang valley. However, if there is a request outside klang valley, We can accomade on case to case basis.

2. When must the order be placed?
We need a confirmed order 4 days before the event.

3. What is your cancelation policy before the event?
Cancelation notice has to be 3 days(minimum) prior to the event or the deposit will be forfeited

4. What is your payment policy?
50% deposit upon order and balance payment on the day of the event

5. What is the method for payment?
Cash, Cheque, Debit card, Credit card, Bank transfer

6. If it is an outdoor event do you provide fans, lights and canopy?
Yes, we can provide upon request. Please refer to our canopy service for more details.

7. What do I do with leftover food?
We will remove and dispose all leftover food. We are not liable for any losses or health damage that may arise due to consumption of leftover food.
